User Consent to Privacy Policy
Anyone accessing, browsing, or using the Site, either manually or via automated device, is considered a “User.” All Users agree to abide by this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information (“Information”) as outlined herein.
Information Collected from Users
RevaFlex collects the email addresses and phone numbers of Users who contact us with questions, submit a quote request, or otherwise provide their contact information through the Site. We also collect any other details you choose to provide on a form — including name, ZIP code, project type, referral source, and any free-form message you include.
Partial form submissions. If you begin filling out a quote or contact form on the Site and enter your email address or phone number, we may save the information you have entered up to that point — even if you do not complete or submit the form. We do this so we can follow up with you about your inquiry. We do not capture form data before an email or phone number is provided. You may write to us at the address below to request deletion of any such information.
Through the use of “cookies” (see below for more information), we may also gather anonymous information about Users’ browsing habits, including browser version, site referral data, IP address, operating system, and other technical details about Site usage.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies, a standard web browser feature, to assign a unique ID to the User’s computer and gather anonymous browsing information. RevaFlex does not use cookies to retrieve personal Information unless the User has knowingly and willingly provided such details.
Users may configure their web browser to alert them when they receive a cookie or prevent cookies from being sent. Limiting cookies may impact the functionality of the Site.
Use of Information
RevaFlex uses collected Information to:
- Respond to Users’ questions or comments;
- Follow up on quote or service requests (including partial form submissions where contact information was provided);
- Communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone call, text message, or email;
- Provide Users with updates on services, Site features, and special offers we think may be valuable.
Calls and text messages may be made using automated technology. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts from the sender of that message.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Without User consent, RevaFlex does not sell, share, trade, or disclose collected Information unless legally required or permitted. Information may be processed by service providers we engage to operate the Site (such as our customer-relationship management system, email and SMS delivery providers, and bot-protection services). We may also disclose Information if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, protect the rights, property, or safety of RevaFlex, or if a third party acquires RevaFlex or its assets (see “Sale or Acquisition” below).
Mobile Information and Text Messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of information are covered by this policy as described above.
Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that visitors are human and to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile runs in the background — there is usually no visible challenge — and collects technical information about your browser and device (such as IP address, user agent, browser plugins, screen size, and interaction timing) to evaluate whether the request is automated. Linked Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by RevaFlex. Third-party websites are governed by their respective privacy policies. RevaFlex is not responsible for information collected through these websites and disclaims all liability related to their data practices.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and RevaFlex does not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Security
RevaFlex employs security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of Information under our control. While we strive to protect collected Information from unauthorized access, we cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for any security breaches.
Sale or Acquisition
If RevaFlex or its assets are acquired, we reserve the right to transfer User Information to the acquiring entity.
Applicable Law / International Issues
Information submitted to the Site will be processed in accordance with U.S. law. Non-U.S. Users consent to the collection and use of their Information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, even if it is stored on servers outside their resident jurisdiction.
